A portal is a place for communication, collaboration and sharing of information. It also provides a central location to search for and gain access to campus information and applications. This portal utilizes Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, or MOSS. Using SharePoint helps you stay in contact with university departments and co-workers, either on the campus, or around the globe.
